Our service
SkyValue Travel is an independent flight-booking assistance service. When you call (866) 227-5808, one of our agents helps you search airline fares and book tickets on your behalf. We are not an airline and do not operate flights.
Bookings and payment
By asking us to complete a booking, you authorize us to make the reservation using the payment details you provide. Final fares, taxes, and fees are set by the airline and are confirmed with you before your booking is completed.
Changes and cancellations
Airline change and cancellation policies vary by fare and carrier. If you need to change or cancel a booking, call us at (866) 227-5808 and an agent will explain the options available for your reservation.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate travel details, including passenger names and travel dates, at the time of booking. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided during a call.
Limitation of liability
We help arrange bookings with third-party airlines but are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or other actions taken by the airline once a booking is confirmed.
